


- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 110 grams toasted hazelnuts
Melt the chocolate carefully in a heavy-bottomed saucepan on a very low flame. If you don’t have a suitable saucepan use a bowl over a pot of boiling water, otherwise the chocolate will burn. As soon as it has melted stir in the hazelnuts. Put a sheet of greaseproof paper onto a flat surface…I used a breadboard, and spread the mixture evenly. Put it into the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
